If you or a loved one is seeking help with life-controlling addictions, please get in touch. For each person, the application process involves the following three steps:
1. Complete our online application form (below)
2. Ask your doctor to complete a Health Information Form
Please download the Health Information Form and ask your doctor to complete it, before sending back to us, either at our men’s centre Sunnybrae or women’s centre Benaiah.
3. Phone in
We ask all applicants to phone in once a day (including weekends). If no one is available to take your call, then please leave a message. You can call this number 24/7. This helps us to see how motivated an individual is and enables us prioritise the waiting list. Phoning in every day helps the applicant have some focus for the day and support and encouragement if needed.
