Teen Challenge offers freedom to men and women of all ages who are battling life-destroying addictions.
We believe it is possible for hurting people to completely break free from addiction and live fulfilling lives as contributing members of society.

The organisation was established in New York in 1958, when a young Pastor, David Wilkerson, reached out to help teenage gang members in the city.
Since then Teen Challenge has grown globally to have 1,400 centres in 125 countries – making it the largest network of drug and alcohol programmes in the world – with thousands upon thousands of people having their lives turned around through completing the Christian faith-based TC programme.
Teen Challenge North East Scotland was founded in 2003, with the opening of men’s addiction recovery centre, Sunnybrae, near Fyvie. This was followed in 2009 with, Benaiah, near Mintlaw, opening its doors to hurting women.
Both recovery homes are located in rural Aberdeenshire settings, offering peaceful retreats where those suffering from substance misuse can take time out to rebuild their lives.
